Cash prize contests:

One winner per household per thirty day period.

No cash substitutes. Cash prize winners must be age 18 or older and must present a photo ID (preferably driver's license). Prizes not picked up within 2 weeks will be forfeit. If you are unable to pick up prizes in person, call (806)351-2345 to make arrangements. Prizes valued over $600 are subject to federal income tax.

 Contests are not open to employees of JMJ Broadcasting, Morris Radio, contest sponsors, or their families.

Official rules for the KXGL 'Eagle Payroll' Contest

• This contest is open to all listeners in Amarillo and the Texas panhandle listening area.
• Qualifiers must be 18 years of age or older, and must be registered in The Eagle's Nest club on our website.
• Employees of KXGL, remote broadcast sponsors, and their families are not eligible to participate.
• All winnings must be picked up in person and must present a photo ID and social security number.
• Grand prize winner is responsible for any local, state, or federal taxes incurred.
• KXGL reserves the right to change contest qualifications, end the contest, or disqualify a winner at any time.
• KXGL retains the right to break ties by the flip of a coin or hold a new drawing.
• KXGL is not responsible for failure of telephone equipment, circuits, or cellular phones.
• Copies of these rules are on display in our studio, at all remotes, and are available upon request.
