This young “Price is Right,” Contestant stunned the viewing audience by Playing “Let ‘Em Roll,” and passing on a chance at the car! He was already on a GREAT streak. He’d rolled 4 cars on his first roll which is unheard of. The crowd was cheering him on to roll for the car, but he was having none of it. He wanted to take the money and run!
While most of us would have probably kept rolling, perhaps he had good reason to stop. It costs MONEY to win if you’re on a game show. In fact, your winnings are taxable on a federal level which can run between 10 and 40% of your winnings. If you don’t have the money to pay taxes on your winnings, you don’t have the money. (Which you have to ask yourself, why go on a game show if you can’t cover the taxes?)
One lady told the story about winning a $20,000 car and had to pay $9,000 in taxes on it. Ouch!! She sold the car for $14,800 and ended up with $6000. However, pulling that off obviously came with its challenges. What would I have done? I’d have taken a shot at the car! BTW, I LOVE The Price is Right Too Kevin!!

What would you have done? Would you have gone for broke…or taken the money and run?
