Beatles ‘Get Back’ Documentary Wins Five Emmys!

The Beatles documentary Get Back took home five trophies at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards on Saturday night. The three-part doc won Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Series, while director Peter Jackson won a Outstanding Directing for a Documentary of Nonfiction Program. It also won trophies for picture editing, sound editing, and sound mixing. Get Back was released last year on Disney+, featuring hours of never-before-seen footage from the Beatles’ final months leading up to their breakup.
