It’s Dr. Johnny’s Latest VW Dream Machine!

Here we go!  Johnny Black’s latest Volkswagen dream machine is this 2020 Atlas ‘Cross Fit’ from the gang over at Street!  Someone wanted to buy that blue Tiguan, so I swapped it for this awesome Atlas ‘Cross Sport’ from Volkswagen.

Enough room to get your crew from Point A to B in comfort and style, with plenty of room for soccer equipment, band instruments, hunting gear, or whatever comes with your brood.  And, tons of fun with a 2.0L 4-cylinder engine with 235 HP and 258 lb-ft of torque or available 3.6L V6 engine with 276 HP!  More than you need (well, definitely more than – I – need!).

I’ll be posting more pictures and even a video in the next few days.  You gotta go for a ride-along!  This Dream Machine surprised me on the highway!  First thing I needed to do was buzz downtown to pick up my paperwork for our upcoming Voter Registration Drive.  There I was, zipping along at 85-mph, and I hit that wide curve off I-40 w/bound before the downtown exit. I started to panic, and realized the Atlas Cross Sport was cornering like a Lotus!  There’s that German engineering, coming through when you need it.

My jaw is on the floor…looking at all the room in the Atlas!  I’m think of putting a couch and wide-screen TV in the middle section.  And why not?  It has more room than my apartment!
