Eating Your Vegetables Lead To Better Memory

It’s always important for everyone to fruits and vegetables, but did you know that it’ll boost memory in men?

Researchers from Harvard University found men who consistently ate leafy greens, orange and red vegetables, berries and orange juice over a period of 20 years were more likely to have better memory skills compared to men who tended to shun produce. Specifically men who ate six servings per day of the produce (the healthiest amount) were 34 percent less likely to be forgetful compared to those who ate the least amount of the veggies.

Also, those who drank orange juice were 47 percent less likely to become forgetful compared to those who drank the stuff less than once a month.

Eating fruits and veggies are always good for everyone, so eat up and remember.
