Is ‘Beefalo’ The Meat Of The Future?

What does the future of meat look like?  Meet the ‘Beefalo’. It’s a crossbreed of cattle and buffalo, producing the lean meat of a bison while remaining easy to raise and breed like cattle. The USDA says meat from a beefalo has lower cholesterol, less fat, and fewer calories than traditional beef. However, some critics don’t think crossbreeding the two species is a good idea.
