Keyboardist Gregg Rolie To Return For Journey’s 50th Anniversary Tour!

More than 42 years after he left Journey, keyboardist Gregg Rolie is returning to the band, co-founder Neal Schon has confirmed. Schon, who announced Journey’s 50th anniversary tour on Facebook Wednesday, made the revelation in response to a fan who wrote, “Please tell me Gregg Rolie is coming along for the ride!” Schon responded, “You’ll be seeing him.” The news comes after weeks of public bickering between Schon and Rolie’s replacement, Jonathan Cain, in which both accused each other of damaging the Journey brand. Journey is set to kick off the “Freedom Tour 2023” with Toto on February 4th in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The trek wraps up on April 25th with a gig in Palm Springs, California.

Is Rolie or Cain the better keyboardist?
