Look Out!  Foods That Will Totally Ruin Your New Years Diet

Well, 2020 is officially here and, as always, one of the most common resolutions is to lose weight.

A study looked at the top foods that can KILL a diet.  Some of these…no-brainers.

 

Chocolate and other candy.

Chips.

Pizza.

Breakfast sandwiches.

Cheese.

Cake.

Cookies.

Curry.  (Popular in the U.K.)

Burgers.
