Fires !00% Contained

Wildfires that have just about consumed the Texas Panhandle are now considered 100% contained.
The Smokehouse Creek and Windy Deuce fires that have destroyed over 1-million, one thousand, and 44 acres are now considered 100 % contained.
Power lines are said to have started the fires, by the Texas A&M Forest Service and Xcel Energy admits some of it’s equipment appears to have started the Smokehouse Fire.
Xcel disputes that it acted negligently in operating and maintaining its infrastructure.
