Remember when Mom told you that breakfast was the most important meal of the day? Well, times are changing. Breakfast appears to be losing it’s appeal for many. Today “intermittent fasting,” has gained popularity as a way to cleanse your body, and lose weight. Some people aren’t naturally “morning people,” so their need for breakfast may be reduced. Even Doctor Oz recently got involved and said he didn’t think breakfast was as important as we’d been led to believe. He suggested “Brunch,” instead. Which I must admit, I’d MUCH rather eat. His opinion is you shouldn’t necessarily eat, just because the clock says you should. A practice that I’ve also come to embrace over the last several years.
