All Hail Ice Cream, Couldn't Make It Through Summer Without It!

Well, today is really a day to celebrate. First of all The First Ice Cream Cone made it’s debut on this date back in 1904 at The World Fair! As if that weren’t enough to run out and get your favorite ice cream cone….today is also National Vanilla Ice Cream Day!

Everyone LOVES ice cream. From the time we’re toddlers , Mom and Dad share their cones with us, or nibbles from their big bowl. I have to admit one night the family and I were out and we dropped into a “Specialty Ice Cream Store.” Dozens of unique flavors lay before me. Definitely not your typical vanilla and chocolate spot. I tried some Guacamole Ice Cream. It was AWESOME!!
