The University of Alabama conducted a new study and found a great way for people to lose weight. Basically, it’s what we’ve all heard. Stop eating early in the day. Researchers found that when people at from 8 AM-2 PM. People who ate during that time frame burned more fat than people who ate 3 meals a day.
