Pink Floyd Releasing Standalone Remaster Of ‘The Dark Side Of The Moon’!

Don’t feel like shelling out $250 for the new Dark Side Of The Moon box set?  There’s now a cheaper way to celebrate the album’s 50th anniversary! Pink Floyd is making the 2023 remaster of Dark Side available as a standalone release on vinyl, CD, and Blu-ray, out Oct. 13th. It was previously only available with the deluxe box set released back in March. It’s a big year for Dark Side – in addition to the box set and remaster, Roger Waters has re-recorded an entirely new version of the album, due out Oct. 6th.

Also, the upcoming ‘Ring Of Fire‘ solar eclipse event should provide a nice backdrop for a listening party! So 100.9 The Eagle will feature the entire album, and put Pink Floyd in the spotlight on the Saturday, October 14th episode of Saturday Night Solid Gold.  Join us as we celebrate this iconic band AND feature an evening of their greatest hits, starting with the complete “Dark Side of the Moon” during a solar eclipse, followed by some of their best music!
