Sam Mendes to Direct Films About Each of The Beatles!
A series of biopics about The Beatles has been announced! Sam Mendes will direct each film, covering the lives of Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr. This will mark the first time The Beatles and Apple Corp. have signed over the rights to the band members’ life stories and music. “I’m honoured to be telling the story of the greatest rock band of all time, and excited to challenge the notion of what constitutes a trip to the movies,” Mendes said in a statement.
