Law Enforcement Agencies Warning About New iPhone Update

The recent iOS17 update that Apple released several weeks back, has law enforcement agencies a little concerned.  Apple added several new extras to their iphone update, but the NameDrop feature could cause you problems according to officials.  NameDrop will share an iPhone users contact details when two iphones are put very, very close together.  While it would be rare for two iphones to connect accidentally when placed in close proximity, officials say it’s not impossible to unknowingly share data.  If you want to play it safe for now, you can always go in and turn the feature off until you decide to use it.  Just go to Settings, Then General.  Look for AirDrop and toggle “Bring Devices Together Off.”  That’s all that you need to do, to secure your phone.
